Since founding SHEcan2 in 1999, Terri has built the company on a foundation of integrity, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service. She leads with heart and purpose, believing that every project deserves honest communication, thoughtful planning, and attention to detail. Her passion for people, design, and doing things the right way continues to shape the culture and values of SHEcan2 today.

Steve Davis

Steve joined SHEcan2 in 2009 and quickly became an indispensable part of the team. Terri often refers to him as her “personal Batman” because of his ability to solve problems and find solutions when others cannot. His expertise in tile work, electrical, plumbing, and project troubleshooting, along with his dedication to quality workmanship, helps ensure every project is completed to the highest standards.

Kim has been with SHEcan2 since 2008 and began her journey as Terri’s protégé, quickly learning the trade and becoming an integral part of the company’s future. While she can often be found managing operations from the office, she is most at home working with clients and helping bring their project visions to life. Her experience, dedication, and commitment to customer service make her an invaluable member of the SHEcan2 team.

Ginnette Glover-Harris

Co-Owner

Ginnette has served as SHEcan2’s financial and business advisor since 2000 and has been Chairman of the Board since the company incorporated in 2008. As Terri’s better half, she has provided guidance, insight, and steady support that have helped shape the company’s growth and success over the years. Her leadership and business expertise continue to be an invaluable part of the SHEcan2 team.

Mission Statement

When Terri Harris founded SHEcan2 in 1999, she believed there were two ways to build a remodeling and repair company.

One option was to work alone, keep all the profits, and eventually retire. Customers would then need to find someone new when the business was gone.

The other option was to build a team of skilled professionals who genuinely enjoy what they do, share in the company’s success, and create an organization that can continue serving customers for years to come.

Terri chose the second path.

That decision continues to guide SHEcan2 today. The company is built on mutual respect, trust, and a shared commitment to excellence. Every member of the team understands that long-term success comes from doing quality work, treating customers fairly, and building lasting relationships.

For every project, regardless of size or budget, the goal remains the same: to do a common thing uncommonly well.
