Bond Street Kitchen Remodel

This Bond Street kitchen remodel in Sacramento proves that you don’t always need to change the footprint to transform a place completely.  We kept the existing layout while giving this dated kitchen a fresh, modern update with improved storage, functionality, and style.

New cabinetry provides plenty of storage, including deep drawers that make pots and pans easier to organize and access. New countertops and appliances completed the update, including a double oven with French doors. To maximize valuable counter space, we installed the microwave in a dedicated drawer in the island, keeping it convenient but out of the way.

An original built-in desk was transformed into a stylish coffee bar complete with a wine refrigerator, turning an underused area into a functional feature the homeowners can enjoy every day.

The adjoining laundry room also received a complete makeover with new cabinets, countertops, and fresh paint throughout.

The finished kitchen feels completely new while making smart use of the home’s existing footprint. Thoughtful storage, updated appliances, and custom details created a more functional and inviting space for everyday living.
