This kitchen remodel was designed with a busy family in mind. The homeowners wanted a more open, functional space that would better accommodate everyday life while adding valuable storage and modern conveniences.
To maximize the kitchen’s footprint, we removed the built-in breakfast table and extended the cabinetry into the newly available space. This not only created a cleaner, more spacious layout but also provided significantly more cabinet storage. An ice maker/freezer was incorporated into the new design, adding convenience for entertaining and family gatherings.
The remodel also included a beautiful new tile backsplash, updated cabinetry, additional recessed lighting, and luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring. LVP is a highly durable flooring option that offers the appearance of natural hardwood while providing excellent resistance to scratches, moisture, and everyday wear, making it an ideal choice for active households with children.
The result is a bright, open kitchen with a sleek, modern design that offers improved functionality, increased storage, and a welcoming space where the family can gather for years to come.
