Steve Davis joined us in 2009. Terri calls him her personal Batman. He became a parter in the company within days of being hired. His talents include tile, electrical, plumbing, problem solving in every aspect of a given project. He continually sets the standard and does all that he can to help the rest of the team to meet it.
Kim Parnell has been with the company since 2000. She started as Terri's protege, quickly learning the trade and establishing herself as the one to carry on when Terri decides to retire. You'll find her at her desk on occassion but most likely out in the field, doing what she loves best: bringing clients' project visions to life.
Ginnette Glover-Harris had been our financial and business adviser since 2000. Chairman of the Board since we incorporated in 2008. She is Terri's better half whose guidance and support has proven invaluable.

I started this company in the spring of 1999. Knowing that with a remodel/repair business, a person has basically two options:
Option 1: work by yourself and keep all the money; then, retire and ride off into the sunset, leaving your clients to fend for themselves and find someone new.
Option 2: build up a team of qualified trades-people who love what they do; then, pool and share the profits from everyone's talents and, as the company develops and grows, bring in new talent to keep the momentum going.
I chose option 2.
Everyone on my team believes that the path to their retirement is paved with mutual respect, trust and a common goal. Our goal for every project, no matter the size or dollar value, is "to do a common thing uncommonly well." We will do our best to listen to you; to answer your questions; to guide your decisions; to find ways to get you the most value for the money you've budgeted.
