For this project, our client not only wanted a complete kitchen remodel, but also needed at least 33% more space. The solution was to extend the existing structure out into the backyard. The result--a modern, elegant kitchen and dining/sitting room combination.
This homeowner contracted us for a multi-room remodel, with the kitchen needing to basically remain the same configuration. We added a bay window, all new cabinets and appliances. The flooring throughout the house was changed to wood, which brought all the rooms together.
This project was part of a complete town-home remodel. The kitchen remained basically the same (we did move the sink), but was given a more elegant look, complete with custom-designed granite counter-tops. The new paint and lighting scheme really made it look more open and much brighter.
Part of a multi-room remodel, this kitchen was just too small. The solution: move the existing laundry cupboard, open up the entrance to the dining room and add a half-wall serving counter. New flooring, cabinets, counter-tops, tile trim and appliances gave it a real showcase look.
A classic problem: an older kitchen with not enough counter space to work and a rather dated look. This makeover gave the homeowner a new center island, all new cabinets, custom counter-tops, and made entry into the dining area much easier. The result was a much warmer looking room.
This old kitchen, built in the 60's, was begging to look like it belonged in this century. The cabinets blocking the view from the dining room made it very cramped feeling. We opened it up, and followed the darker wood theme of the existing china hutch. Now this kitchen makes a statement.
Our client wanted to retain the basic footprint of the kitchen, yet have a more modern look, and better functionality for the cook. Custom designed cabinets (with slide out attachments), brand new counter-tops, and a special pasta pan water dispenser gave this new kitchen class.
